           Games

  • "Cashflow"

If you are serious about building wealth, you MUST play the "Cashflow" games (101 & 202) created by Robert Kiyosaki.  They show you how to get out of the rat race and retire from working for a living whilst living off your investment income.

The game does take a while to play whilst you learn the tricks involved and unlike Monopoly, it is a game that encourages co-operation with your fellow players.

You can get the games from Pow Wow Events on 1300 550 240 or at www.powwowevents.com.au/

  • "Call Up, Put Down"

The "Call Up, Put Down" game is a fantastic learning tool for those interested in trading options to make money.

The game teaches such skills as stop losses; profit targets; identifying buying & selling opportunities; technical analysis techniques and, it gives an insight into the most important issue of all for share/option traders... how to manage your emotions whilst trading.

This is a game that Dale has just bought and we look forward to learning more as Dale (& the rest of us) learns more from playing it.

It is available from:   www.moneybags.com.au

  • "Hybrid Real Estate"

The "Hybrid Real Estate" game is a property education tool from New Zealand.  The object of the game is to show you how to achieve your financial goals through real estate investment by building adequate equity and passive cash flow.

The game uses the "financial clock" to show the effects of different cycles on your investing and is remarkably similar to real life.

The game is a terrific way of practicing different strategies and we highly recommend it to you.

It is available from:   http://www.hybridgroup.co.nz/Settlement/ProductProcess.aspx?id=356
