That you turn up to appointments on time and let us know if you can’t make it for some reason.	That we will help you in every way we can including; - finding the right structure for your investments - reducing your tax - keeping our fees as low as possible.
That you pay our account on time. This way, we can focus our attention on looking after you.	That we will finalize your returns as quickly as we can which is generally in about 4-8 weeks. However this timeframe may be extended during busy periods.
That you do everything you can to give us the information that we need to look after you properly.	That we will promptly return your phone calls or emails the same day we get them.
That you turn off your phone during your appointment, so that you can concentrate fully and get the most out of your appointment.	That open communication will be at no cost to you so that we can help you make the right decisions.
That we complete all returns within your family group. This includes all company, trust, spouse returns.
