To set up a property warrant our fee includes taxation advice, set up and operational procedures. In your interview we will explain the value of our fee due to the tax advantages that this structure allows. To discuss the fee for your warrant set up please contact Pat or Alysha.
There are no ongoing costs purely for the warrant structure. Please check out our SMSF page for the ongoing costs of super funds.
We deal with a number of financiers so our interest rates for both residential and commercial properties are extremely competitive. We have an extremely cost effective product for investors on the market.
The highest loan to value ratio (LVR) for residential is currently 70% and for commercial it is 65%. The loans are 25-30 year loans with P&I or interest only for 5 years for residential and for commercial they are 15 year loans with P&I and interest only for 5 years.
