There are no ongoing costs purely for the warrant structure. Please call the office to query our ongoing costs of super funds, as every fund is different.

We deal with a number of financiers so our interest rates for both residential and commercial properties are extremely competitive. We have an extremely cost effective product for investors on the market.

The highest loan to value ratio (LVR) for residential is currently 72% and for commercial it is 65%. The loans are 25-30 year loans with P&I or interest only for 5 years for residential and for commercial they are 15 year loans with P&I and interest only for 5 years.
